Journey Through Grief Support Group

Journey Through Grief is a six-session group offered through UnityPoint Hospice that explores the nature of grief and the multifaceted ways it impacts individuals. Participants will learn why grief is so difficult, identify their coping style, connect/engage with other and discover new sources of hope.

 Journey Through Grief is open to anyone who has experienced a loss, whether it be spouse/partner, parent, child, sibling, or any other type of significant loss due to death.

Light dinner will be provided to participants thanks to UnityPoint Hospice, St. John's Catholic Church, and St. Boniface Catholic Church.
