St. Joseph Catholic School is seeking a mission-driven, faith-filled Catholic leader to serve as principal for the 2025-2026 school year. The school's dedicated and highly qualified faculty and staff, in collaboration with supportive parents, share the responsibility of guiding students to achieve rigorous standards and benchmarks in our faith-based environment.  St. Joseph provides a quality Catholic preschool through eighth grade education. St. Joseph school opened its doors in 1949 with Sisters of Precious Blood and 95 students. Today the school serves over 230 students in grades PS-8.

The principal develops and implements the faith based educational program of the school. The principal helps lead, create, and promote a strong faith community in which students, families, and staff grow in their personal faith and knowledge of Catholic teaching.

The principal is responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing the total school program across all grade levels. This includes ensuring academic excellence, supervising and evaluating staff, budgeting, accreditation procedures, development and implementation of the school improvement plan, professional development for staff, enrollment management and marketing efforts.

PS-8 Assistant Principal
